Fulfillment Policy - Events


1. Refund Policy

  • We understand that plans can change. Refunds for ticket purchases are available under the following conditions:

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event date.

  • Cancellations made 15–29 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to saksena@humanic.so with proof of purchase.


2. Shipping or Delivery Policy

  • Event tickets are delivered digitally via email immediately after purchase. If you do not receive your ticket within 24 hours, please contact us.

  • For events offering physical merchandise or materials, shipping information (carrier, delivery times, and tracking) will be provided at the time of purchase.

  • We currently ship only within the United States for any physical items. International attendees will receive digital-only materials unless otherwise specified.


3. Return Policy and Process

  • As this is a live event, event tickets are non-returnable once issued. In the case of event cancellation or rescheduling, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their pass to a future event.

  • For any physical merchandise, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • To initiate a return, please contact saksena@humanic.so with your order number and reason for return.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your ticket registration up to 30 days before the event for a full refund (see refund policy above).

  • If the event is cancelled by the organizers, all ticket holders will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.

  • Workshops or one-on-one sessions booked as add-ons may be cancelled up to 7 days in advance for a full refund. No-shows will not be refunded.
